Warwick

My name is Warwick Levey.

I am a guitar teacher and guitar tech ?. I have worked at Paul Bothner Music for 4 years, and have been teaching for almost 2 years now.

I started off playing most instruments in my high school wind band, then moved onto bass. After that I started guitar and have loved it since. I've been playing guitar for about 6 years now, but I've been doing music for about 16 years.

I have:
Ibanez S1540 prestige
Cort S2800
Cort M200 that has been modded to all hell and gone
Cort Parkwood PW370 opm
Micro Cube
Vox AD100VT

I have more gear, but this is the gear I love the most.

I play: Blues, metal, rock and Acoustic Micheal Hedges stuff - at least I'm trying with the Micheal Hedges stuff. I at first did classical guitar, but moved in all styles when I started working at bothners. I still try to keep an element of the classical in my current playing styles...

Let's see: Dimarzio pickups with a coil tap that kills the inner two coils so I get a telly tone, graph tech nut and saddle, gibson bridge and tail piece, and next it will be re-fretted (first it will be frett-less for a few weeks) and re-spray. Also just ordered a new birds eye maple neck... Basically, before I try any mods for a customer, I mod my own gear first so that I can learn how to do it properly...
