I ordered two small items for my Strat from Acme and paid online.
I received a an email confirming my order and then another confirming that it had been dispatched.
Its been three weeks and no parts so I am trying to email them but their server rejects my email saying " You're unauthorized to connect to this country system." !!
Maybe because my email ends in iafrica.com?
Any suggestions on how to get hold of them?

What shipping method? Three weeks isn't that long - it's about the quickest you will get it via normal mail (I work on 4-6).
They don't work on domain names, but rather IP ranges, most of which are assigned to specific countries. Always have a Gmail account for backup that you can use with email addys that don't like your IP or mail server.
