If I remember correctly when you were living and gigging here, you never complimented one other local band or guitarist except yourself and your band.
As far as you were concerned every other guitarist was either too loud or too soft, the soundmen never knew what they were doing, and the bands were all shite....yet you yourself never went to a gig and watched one of the guitarists/bands I mentioned in my post, in fact I doubt you even know who they are.
No! I think you are making assumptions and then building your argument off of those... not that there is an argument needed....
My referance to younger guys is that there is a decent divide in music such as what you mention... its another scene. And then to referance and say that they are on the level and could play in any other international act does not take into account this age gap.
Further its not my thing to see music like this,.. the same way my music may not be your thing.. again it was in referance to the age divide... truthfully events like this will not draf in hords of youngsters.
Its furthern ot my thing personally becuase I dont like to go see a "guitarist" I want to see music.... I want to see new creativity not someone performing the same old (a little faster) hence why Dan Patlansky bores me...
To you other angry comments on my music, or soundmen, or bands.... being to loud , to quiet..... I really dont want to discuss what has been discuessed before... plus for the sake of not hijacking your thread I will spare you the stress.....
