I thought I might as well add this as well. This is our Duke Nukem Tribute track. Enjoy guys.

I like! Particularly the part at 1:40 - 1:53. Dig the guitar tone and overall production.
One thing I must say (and I think I said the same thing on one of your previous threads) is that the vocals don't really do it for me. It sounds as if your vocalist is producing his low screams/growls in his mouth as opposed to lower down in his diaphragm, if that makes sense. It sort of leads to a 'barking' kinda sound. The screaming highs sound a lot better to me, although at some points it sounds as if the vocalist is running out of breath.
Good job though! Smaak it 8)
That Duke Nukem tribute is flipping amazing. Love it!

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if it could be a mix thing. We tend to remove a lot of bass from the vocals to make it sit in the mix, but we'll look into it when we do the final album version.
Stay tuned for "Beyond Within".

Just listened to both tracks, and I have to agree, the production is top notch, really. I'm not the biggest djent fan in the world, but I feel that your guitar sound is very "loose". There's very little definition in the notes. I guess it's just my metalcore and thrash roots talking.
Loved the Duke Tribute, especially since I'm a gamer. My personal favourite piece from both recordings is the final minute or so of the Duke recording where you actually switched to another bass note, not just the open string. It really lifted up the whole vibe.
Great recording though!
