Or maybe not. Maybe you think it's just OK. But I had to head back into town and be at court yesterday. They arent letting go of this one. Anyway, standing around there talking to my counsel and friends, and you know there are a lot of really poor people are always at the courts. Well, I'm not flush but I really feel like I'm a millionaire sometimes. Something's not right or working.

One will always have the rich, poor, handsome, not-so-handsome, sick, lame and lazy around. Life's not fair, but it's good afterall ?

On TV I see the ad for the BMW that senses its perimeters as you park it - so it doesn't get bumped. And teenagers celebrating their 16th birthdays - an American TV series - Sweet Sixteen - the one girl gets a Jag convertible for her birthday. I cannot get my head around this stuff AT ALL. It's such a contradiction. Not to mention 'Cribs' - TV show with folk showing off their 'Pads'. There's people running around with 'toys' that they don't even get round to using ... and then there's the other side of life. I think it's crazy.

as for the rest - there will alway be haves and have-nots.. is called society. and is the exact same in every single civilisation that is or ever will be.

And nowhere is this more extreme than in our own beautiful country.

Tricky when you spend some time trying to relieve the "haves that shouldnt be haves" from some of their ill-acquired property.

I haven't watched all of the Cribs shows - I thought that these were sportspeople and some musos. How come the comment about piracy Mike? (You don't have to spend a day explaining ? - perhaps just refer me along to sites where one can read up about it. )

Let me just say, you can live like that, but STILL end up going to court, accused of things you haven't done, and have to go through that ordeal.

I'm doing a contract smack in the middle of Soweto. The gent I'm doing the job for is an insurance underwriter, and buy his requested specks and the car he drives, he's doing ok for himself, his mother proudly showed me his degree framed in the lounge. My dyslexic ass gets saved by a spell checker, I have no degree. The down side is he is handicapped, he 'walks' with crutches. His able bodied brother on the other hand, pulls a recycling trolly and always reeks of Autumn Harvest.
