Hello My name is tom paxton. I have just found this site and really love it so far. Everyone seems pretty rad. I have been playing guitar for a while now. I worked in a recording studio for about 3-4 years, travelled as a road manager for two very well know S.A. bands and then went full time into my own band for a while. I play a fender japan 69 thinline reissue tele, really, really nice and have a bunch of pedals. Busy trying to find a 60's ac30. I always used to use digital gear, but have recently become a purist and love vintage tone. As a result i have started building and modding pedals and enjoy that a lot. I really like working with my hands and built a pedal board that closes as a case. I would love to build a tube amp one day!

Hi Tom,

You have a wicked Tele there mate! Incidently, are you related to Theo, Petra, Lynette & Margot Paxton? Or perhaps the Queen of England ?
