Best case scenario is they have to sell the company to someone who doesn't build Failbird Xs, and restores their quality reputation. Brands like this don't disappear just because their tosser CEO gets them in trouble.

Also I'm going to wait until someone actually gets their guitar confiscated before I buy this, "You can't travel with a guitar anymore." It smacks of conservative fear-mongering propaganda - something they excel at in the USA (Obama's not a US citizen!) - to foster resentment against the environmental lobby.

Hey, if the local bakeries can collude on fixing the price of bread, its possible they could engineer a controversial issue for the sake of marketing, unlikely but possilble. Maybe someone has planned a hostile takeover.
