GFSA on your mobile

Squonk

Have your tried accessing the forum on your mobile?
Sometimes waiting for the wife while she is shopping, I will find a comfortable spot and access the forum.
It works very well (hat's off to Norio again!). I use my Palm 650 which only has edge but it's quite LEKKER.
Also it's not that resourceful, some websites just aren't designed for mobiles but GFSA works well.

Yeah, i use alot when i go away to place where there is no internet.

I don't bother with Internet or mixit on my phone as
1. I believe in efficiency and me having to scroll down 40 times to find something on a page and type one button more than once just for one letter for an IM message is ridiculous :-[ and
2. I'm pretty ignorant regarding cellphone technology lol.

I'm not saying it wouldn't be a great Idea though if I got the hang of it.

I just want my phone to make calls lol

LOL! My father (61 y.o.) moans that you cant get a phone that just makes phone calls anymore. Having said that my tecchie friend has a whizz-bang phone that does everything, running windows and word and a daily organiser - it's more of a palmtop than a phone. In fact if we want to talk he usually says "let me call you back from the landline" ... because the one thing it doesn't do well is phone calls. ?

So basically I'm a 60+ male mind stuck inside a 20+ male body ???

It's quite strange that you guys can program recording software (Cubase etc), guitar rig 3, etc, that I am battling to get my head around, but fall at little mobile devices!!
I will soon be asking for help with the recording software, as I have never used it yet. I got a version of Cubase with my Zoom pedal and I have acquired Guitar Rig 3, but it's a bit like rocket science to me at this stage.

Lol it's only because I get paid to know those things ? so I like to know everything about everything regarding music/bands/studio.

I don't want to get philosophical and crazy on you guys, but,
sending my buddy a message on Mixit while sitting at the dentists office waiting for my appointment is just time wasting. And time = life

The way I see it is like an assignment, where you're given a due date, you have a limited amount of time to research/learn and complete the everything, when you run out of time, you run out of time and fail.
I compare the assignment to life.

lol no I'm not a "high-on-life" junkie neither, I just find it more productive to use every single second of your life to you advantage.
I rarely do something that has me not learning anything regardless of what I'm learning...and now I'm off topic and sound crazy again
