Damn, couldn't resist buying this, always i was looking at buying a G&L rampage but i ended up buying something much cooler, welcome home Mr Fender Flathead.
This is my first Fender Custom Shop i have played or owned and its FREAKING rad. Not much info on these guitars online, but as far as i know it was Jim Roots signature series.... the neck is a hard V profile which is pretty comfy for me, the Piston inlays are polished & brushed stainless steel, dunno what what duncan bucker is in there but its sweet sounding, guitar sounds awesome clean and even better when driven. This colour is the cats whiskers, Shiny guitars are cool and all but matt just has some total radness to it.
I didn't tell my GF about this one and her sister spilled the beans on the night i had to collect, which was on Monday, she's still pretty P.O'd about it. I was gonna just do the switch here in my flat and take the other to my moms place, that didn't quite work out the way i was hoping it to...... Anyway this ones a keeper will be be special as i have taking a lot of flak since its arrival, here's to one for the memory bank.
