Orange micro crush and Majest - opinions please!

Hey all

Really considering getting myself one of these. I am currently in Korea and this amp will be small enough to bring home once I am finish here. According to the net, this little amp is better than its Marshall or Fender counterpart. I can get it here for about R520. I am also thinking of going for the 1speaker instead of 2 as it is smaller. And I am also considering getting a Majest MLP-DLX Relic SB guitar. Majest is a local Korean guitar. They are popular for looking (and even sounding like) les paul's. I really struggled to get info about this as Koreans tend to use local search engines and not google. But I found this:

i would go the 6 watt crush ....dual speakers ..its a lil machine of note.

a lil heavier on batteries mind

if you dont like it you can always sell it to me when here? ?

I use a Vox mini 3 for most of my portable needs , granted its bigger than the micro amps but its a great lil sounding amp

I saw that as well, but just worried about the dimensions as I plan to stuff it in my suitcase when I come back to SA. the single is (w x H x D) 8x15x15cm and the stereo is (W x H x D) 10x23x16cm. So that 2x8x1cm is a little bit to big. And trust me, space when packing for a year is a issue. It's just for me to practice on. checked a few videos on youtube and apparently this is way better than the vox, marshall or fender. but once I actually see it, i'll probably know more!

But you think it's worth getting something like this for someone in my situation?

Yes , either this or the amplug route. I have a MArshall NS2 which i use on the odd occasion. They are good to to mess around with

Awesome little amp that!!! fantastic modelling, MUCH better than a cube!!!
