Hi
I would like some help on an issue with a Boss effects Pedal. It is the Boss OS-2 and when bypassing the pedal or engaging the pedal there is a loud click that comes through the PA.
The setup is: Guitar - Pedal- Mixer- PA
The pedal is brand new. Anyone know what could be the issue?
The pedal is being run off a battery.

Sounds like a dud. Are you plugging directly into the PA and if so, does it do the same thing into a guitar amp? Still, a buffered pedal like a Boss should not pop.
