It might be getting caught up in spam filters. Meir had the same issue.

Just checked now and it's working so it's being dropped somewhere between the server and him. Either by his own spam filters or by his ISP.

When you go to the "forgot your password" button, there's an option to "Ask me my question". This will ask you your secret question that, if you provide the correct answer to, will allow you to reset your password.
