Bob-Dubery
Hi all,
I participate in a couple of usenet groups. I've been doing this via google groups, but that's been quite flakey of late and so I am considering getting NNTP client software on my PC. However I don't know what NNTP servers I can get access to. There are open and free NNTP servers in Europe, but that sounds to me like a slow way of doing business. Are there such servers in SA?
Some information
1) I am now with cell C (previously was with iBurst)
2) I mailed their support desk - we'll see if they answer and if it's more than "what's an NNTP server?"
3) I am quite happy to download dedicated NNTP client software (or an extension for Firefox)
Thanks
Bob
