6x9base13 All these post from CT have me wanting to go catch some live blues! Where in Jhb would I get any ? Or can't our babies afford gasoline when our men ask for a drink ?

racman I know Wayne Coughlan plays most Wednesdays (I heard this a while ago) at Radium Beer Hall in Orange Grove. I am sure Wayne includes some Blues in his set and there often pother blues orientated bands playing at the Radium, it's just isn't as well advertised as other venues.
BluJu Toninos in Syhdnam/Orange Grove also gets some pretty cool blues acts. I've seen Larry Amos there a couple of times and several other pretty cool artists but this is going back about 2 years.

ParadoximA So I went to this, and both bands were awesome, definitely going to watch them again! I was really surprised that we were the youngest table in the room though (we're all 26 to 28 year olds) - at most other live gigs we're a little older than everyone else...
6x9base13 Heads up for those not on the Tanz Cafe mailing list. Dan Patlanski is there tonight and tomorrow night. I've got a work function tonight but will most likely get across there tomorrow !
