Like many of you out there on GFSA, I've been waiting ages to see Arjun play. Now I get to be brutally upstaged by him at the same time. Ah well. Bet my sideburns are still bigger than his ?

Anyway, it's a fun night out, Die Plaasteater. And a chance to hear Hellfire's latest original, and to see the fleetest fingers on a fretboard in GFSA.

I don't think so, Singy. Arjun is an incredible guitarist, but a very humble (and helpful guy). I'd rather be with guys like him and Stratisfear, and learn something, than the other way round. We had a saying in the shooting sport ....... "I would rather fly with the eagles ........... " (or something like that) ...... know what i mean?

I came up with a saying which I thought was quite clever in regard to people holding back to try not make you look bad (was in relation to skateboarding but its easily adapted to guitar too...) I told the guy to keep skating his best dont worry about making me look bad cause:
If you play so well you make it look like I started playing yesterday, imagine how I'm gonna be playing tomorrow ?

On another note if Im ever in CT I have to come see you guys play!

Ha ha. I promise i'll be on my best behaviour and to play nice with others. I think i might disappoint you re the brutally upstaging bit.
