Prices seem to be fair and incluyde shipping, although I am unsure if it also includes clearance fees etc but I see they are actually in New Zealand. Any experiences - good or bad please?

Just wanted to warn everyone about global sound this guy is bad news.
I have been stung by him...

One thing that confirms all of this for me is the name of the "Manager" has been removed from his FAQ page since I made this post on here. (within 8 hours, impressive!)

If you listen to the article on that nz tv show Fair Go they tell you his name.
I checked it was the same name on the GlobalSound.com.au Web site today once I had watched the investigation. Then went back to check it again tonight and his name has magically vanished...

You can verify what I am saying by checking the google cache.

Also the "manager" of Global Sound has a history of butting in on forums to try and throw people of the trail.

So you should be.

Get in touch with them and ask for a tracking number. If you don't have one within 24 hours, contact your CC company (or PayPal if you used them) and dispute the payment. I'd be tempted to just go ahead and dispute right away if I were you (well... to be honest, I probably would never have bought from them in the first place).

I ordered the pedal on 6 Sep = over 3 weeks ago. Max delivery time is meant to be 5-12 days. I have not received a tracking number (unless I misplaced an email?). I did email them just now to ask what was happening. My invoice is "No. 6", so does that mean only 6 items have been sold through them? Lol. Their eBay profile does however look legitimate which is why I ordered from them. 100% Positive Feedback since 2006. I'm hoping it's all just been a mix up. ?

Buddy... Have you not read the other threads? Some people from Oz are waiting for 2 years for stuff to arrive (That means it aint coming). The guy is a criminal...
Your stuff aint coming. and those that do get sent are apparently like grey imports that he sources somewhere. Its a dodge business..

If enough people complain to Mastercard or Visa and reverse their payments, they will probably stop accepting payments to the guy too.

I considered speaking to Uniforum to see if we couldn't get the domain taken down, but AFAIK they will only act on a court order. I'm actually wondering what Google's policies are too, because the site often shows up in searches and that must be his main source of incoming victims.

I received an email from Globalsounds saying that the product I ordered was discontinued and my money was refunded.

I haven't receive an SMS of any refund to my account but I haven't checked my statements to confirm. But I find it odd I wasn't informed of any product unavailability.
