Good Day to you all, My name is Alec Surridge
Been Playing guitar for about 20 years, definitely still a beginner to intermediate. Those who know me will testify to this.

I play for a metal band called The WarInsane, been doing that for about 2 years. Before that I was in Sacraphyx.
I've toured South Africa numerous times with bands like The Haunted and Entombed and played shows with Soulfly, Konkhra, Carcass. Played the awesome German metal festival, Wacken Open Air in 2001. Fantastic memories.

My gear: It started out all over the place with multiple pedals then to multi FX but I have brought it all the way back to a REALLY good guitar amp head, The Randall MTS RM100, Boss TU-2 and a Schecter C7 Hellraiser. I figure it's a whole lot more difficult to disguise mistakes this way and so I hope to get better and better.

I just enjoy playing guitar. Oh hang on..... I also own my own acoustics company.

another qeustion are you based in cape town? , because here is a acoustic's company near my home, just curios.
