Downloaded this HD so I could watch it properly.
Very very impressed with the Earthquaker Devices drive. Was really cool for me. Expected a little more from the OCD but liked it as well (This was a blind test, was not watching the vid and came back to find out which it was). The Hotcake had a bit of a sizzle on that I didn't like, I much prefered the Centaur in terms of a brighter drive, a bit unexpected as I was hoping to not like it - the silver one does however sound a bit too forward in the high mids, a tad harsh.
I am going to need to listen to the rest of it at a later stage as my ears are really straining already :\
What I found most cool about this, is how many of the voices/colours/flavours sounded good to me. Makes me realise more and more that I need to stop nitpicking on gear :-[

Nothing really stood out for me among all those as really amazing (although if I had to pick one I'd say I quite liked the Wampler plexi-drive). I do think you'll find a lot of them can sound a lot better when you hear them live and also perhaps with a bit more fine tuning on the amp.
I've never heard a DS-1 before and I don't know if they usually sound like that, but it was by far the worst of all those pedals for me.
Would've liked to hear a Hot British in that environment and of course all the Barbers were missing.
