Vintage-Vibe Ask yourself: Why has it been there so long ? Do you NEED 200 watts (even if it isn't valve powered) ? I found personally 4 me the distortion tone on that range sounded ALMOST like a Big Muff - odd 4 a built-in tone, but nice. Not bad amps - this and the Laney TF300 series could be a decent comparison. I think if u want classic Gilmour/Hiwatt tones though, this aint the puppy. Never hurts to try one - you never know ! VV
