Hey Guys
Anyone else out there have a Roland Bolt amp? I have an early 80's 60W Bolt, and it is one of the most underrated valve amps around in my opinion.
It was apparently made as Roland's answer to Mesa Boogie, and is the only valve amp Roland ever made. I have played through a few different Mesa Boogies, and honestly the Bolt holds its own in terms of that patented Boogie 'growl'. I actually prefer its clean tone.
Anyway, just wondering if any of you have also owned or do own one, and your thoughts.
