My GFSA 1st Birthday Competition Entry

Hi Everyone

I finally got around to laying down a jazzy happy birthday track for the competition ? . So here it is:

Pretty cool, I like it. It has a nice feel to it.

However, personally I feel that the "happy birthday" line or riff, is too short, and that the main riff goes on for a bit too long after that birthday line has ended. I feel that it removes the focus away from the birthday element....

Thanks a stack Norio. BTW, everything was done on my Boss BR600, using the programmable drums, bass simulator and built in effects ?

How much do those things cost again? I think I may be in the market again for something like that / Korg PX5D / something else.

I'm not sure what the price is at the moment, but I paid just under 4k for mine, that includes the power supply which you have to buy seperately. Damn this GAS ? , its like a black hole for money...

True but oh what a lovely black hole it is ? The Korg comes out about R1k cheaper plus I might be getting Francis' so it could be even cheaper still. Let's see what happens ?
