Hi to all the Ladies and Gents on this forum.
I am new to this site and hope to be able to get a lot of advice and help here.
I was out trawling the internet looking for advice on electric guitars and also on modifying them and i came across this site. Being South African based it makes a lot of sense as i can get local advice and maybe spares here too.
I currently have 3 guitars, my acoustic Ritmiller, picked it up for no money a few years back and messed around on it but never quite learned how to play yet. About 2 months ago i really got into learning how to play guitar and wanted a nice electric. Ended up with 3 - Cort X1 in mat Red, Ibanez Gio GRX40, and also picked up a Vester stage series for a bargain.
The Vester needed quite a bit of work, and since i opened it up i decided to do some modifications to it. Replaced the switch and upgraded the shielding inside of the guitar, as well as replace the shockingly small wire that connects to the jack out on the guitar (was literally telephone cable size). Guitar sounds very nice but still needs the pods replaced as they are a bit dodgy.
Oh, i am getting lost here talking about the guitars now. I live in Port Elizabeth and love modifying....so this guitar has been a lot of fun.
Will post pics soon of my geeetars and if you all like i can post pics of the Vester when i first bought it and the modifications done to it.

Thanks GTP, the floods here are not too bad. Been a good spell of rain this side. How has the rain been where you are and where you from considering you come to PE for work?
@Bob No crocs in my cupboard here although i did see a pair of like size 32 in a shop here. They just dont suit my style. haha

We have a factory there that requires visiting every couple of months ?

Thanks for the welcome guys, i have posted pics in the Your gear section. Hope it displays right...if not can someone please give me some pointers on how to fix it up as i want to post some more pics soon of the mods done to the one guitar there ?
