The Keef swinging his axe... but like really

OK, I can't say that I know the Rolling Stones all that well (bit before my time I guess) but I'm sitting here watching a VH1 countdown of Rock songs when during a performance of "Satisfaction" the Keef casually unslings his guitar, takes it by the neck and properly moers some other guy on the stage with it! ??? Someone care to fill me in with the story there? Was it a fan who invaded the stage or what? I'd imagine this must be a fairly well known event so I'm a bit surprised that I haven't heard of it before (along with Hendrix torching his guitar etc.) The best part actually was when he slung the guitar over his shoulder again and continue playing like nothing's happened. Pretty EPIC!

Jack Flash Jr wrote "I watch my man's back". Cool.
I watch my man's back too, but mainly because there's no space on our stages for me to stand next to him.
LOL, I suppose that also means that your stage will be less likely to be invaded by a fan ?
?

We've had a couple of attempted invasions... the buxom blondes keep interrupting Renesongs mid-solo to whisper in his ear ???
Why don't they just ask Singemonkey for his number directly?

Now I've a good mind to report Bob to the mods for trying to cause inter-band strife. Except he's a mod. And the other band member's a mod. It's going to cause total GFSA meltdown. ?

True story. They ask me for his number. :'(
I put it down to the wedding ring that glints in the stage lights as I make sure everyone's in time.

And the fact that your "guitar" only has four big strings on it - like you're disabled in some way...

My guitar's bigger than yours ?

@ Bob: Chopped liver yes... but seasoned with $1000 matsutake mushrooms, almas caviar and followed by Tieguanyin tea.

I don't think he hit the guy, he threatened to. Couldn't really see with all the balloons there. But, with Mick Jagger, he is one side of the best music writers the world has seen. They've been going for 40+ years, excluding obviously the 80s. And they're still going on.
Zombie, dead man walking, naaaaahhh. lol
Read his Life biography. What a read.
And , you can still put a Stones record (from 1964) on, and listen to it. Few other bands can say that. Its just boring.
