Whenever I play 'Hottest thing in Town' (from Shaver's Tramp on your Street) to a guitarist
they don't say nothing, they just smile, and keep on smiling throughout the song!

The entire album 'Tramp on your Street' is compulsory for any wannbe guitarist.

He is the cat's meow and the dog's bow wow!

You know you're off to a good start when your guitar teacher is Dickey Betts,
and he gives you Duane Allman's Fender Stratocaster as a gift.

Buckaroo, do yourself a favour, get hold of this guy, there's a live album called
'Shaver Unshaven live at old smith's bar'.

Don't get me wrong all the guitarist at the top are there for a reason, (and who is 'really the best?')
but few guitarist's know this guy, and they should.

FYI his dad Billy Joe Shaver, is the singer songwriter of the Band, he's regarded as
one of the best songwriters ever, at least that's what Johnny Cash said.
