My tuner was last though.
Nope. Definitely have it first, or else your guitar could be slightly out of tune everytime you tune it.

I've had my volume right infront of the delay, the reason is because what i want from a volume pedal is just a straight forward volume, not really somthing that affects the sound, but i will look in to it,did i get the wrong pedal though?
There are 2 boss volume pedals. Its tricky to understand the difference between the 2, but, based from what you just told me, i.e. you want a volume to be just "a straight forward volume", then you have the right pedal, just stick the pedal in the front of your chain (before the tuner - actually, I think you can hook the tuner to the pedal). Is your guitar active or passive? If passive, then the pedal is definitely right for you.

The thing about the MAB overdrive and TS-9 is that it doesnt give that much gain, I like a nice full overdrive, Alterbridge is a band that i could really rever to, they have a fat and nice distorted overdrive.
Make sure you not getting confused between overdrive and distortion. Overdrive is that nice crunch you get when you boost an amp's volume up, distortion is that serious gain in your face, which Alter bridge uses. Although I listened to their one track (rise today) and it sounded a little overdriven to me.

You spoke about a booster, thats acually the reason i bought the TS-9, to serve as a lighter overdrive and as a booster. Im pretty satisfide, but i think i get some more out of it. Would you perhaps consider sending the MAB back and get somthing with more gain or just go without it?
Thats something you will have to consider. I have never played on the MAB, but from my youtube reviewing of it, it does sound like it could go quite gainy. But with all the knobs at noon, its definitely quite 'light'.

I dont accually have the Blackstar, yet, :-[ but Im 96% set on getting it. Im putting aside a nice sum for, what I believe will be the most important pedal of them all. I want the somthing thats going to give me the best sound,so im not really on a budget, was also looking at the radial tonebones and way huge fat sandwich. I am buying the Blackstar though, except if you can give a good reason why I shouldnt. I love John Petrucci, he has the nicest sounds to me, so thats what Im leaning towards. I play in the church band, but please dont think that I play accordingly. I bring my own sound and style, like i said, I like Alter bridge and I love John Petrucci.
Nope, no reason to not get Blackstar. They are great (meaty) units. Well JP uses mostly rackmount effects, so getting his sound will be expensive, but you on the right path.
