True if the thread name was different, but the whole angle of this thread was derogatory.
That's been bugging me for a while too. After all, I worked in music shops for seven years or so. ? This thread started as one thing and morphed into another, but because of the title, it's probably not the best place to post your good experiences.
So what I would suggest we do in future is if we have a positive or negative experience with a store, we post it in it's own thread. I would also do as MJJJ suggests: if you have a problem with a store that you feel is bad enough to post about, give the store a chance to sort out the problem
before you post by approaching the manager involved.
Then post about the problem you had and any resolution (or lack therof). That should keep things more balanced. After all,
every store has problems now and again, it's how they deal with those problems that define their quality of service.
How does that sound? What I'll do is take everyone's input on this for a few days, then lock this thread from further posts.
