The Gibson web site shows 5 Hummingbird models, so there's lots of comparing to do. MSRP ranges from $2900 to $6000 - so they're not exactly giving them away.
The Pro seems to be for Guitar Centre only. It looks to be less hand made than the others, to have slightly less opulent appointments, to have less desirable woods and, oddly, to not have the famous Hummingbird scratch plate. It has a slightly narrower fingerboard.
What you'd really want to do is to play the pro and another H'bird so that you can judge for yourself. If you're buying online then that's not an option.
It might be an idea to contract Marshall Music, who are an official Gibson retailer, and ask them for extra details.
I´m only comparing their bottom HB model.

The other ones are way out of my budget.
I wish I could go to a store and try them out but I live in Spain where stores can´t offer that possibility. I wish I lived in the US and could just walk over to GC. My only option is to buy online.
It is like Paul E said very interesting but I also find it kind of sketchy. It makes it seem like the HB is all marketing and history, and possibly not worth as much as they charge.
Then again, the difference is soooo much that Gibson should be able to back it up with some sort of argument. I mean, we are talking about 700 Euros or 1,000 USD.
