No need for CNC, just get a printout that is accurately 1:1, stick it onto a piece of perspex and put a dot on the plastic every 2mm by sticking a needle through the line on the paper. There is no way you cannot get the exact shape with a jigsaw and a file. The upside of transparant perspex is that you can also scribe centerlines etc onto it.

slight deviation from the exact shape (accidental or intentional) is even cooler ?
