Jack-Flash-Jr New looper day... 'cause I like to play with myself as much as I like to play with others (ok, maybe not quite as much) Thanks to Paul E in Ballito for spotting this in Muizenberg ?
aubs1 Congrats, nice looper ....... Jack Flash Jr wrote ... 'cause I like to play with myself ...... You do??? ? (Ok, could'nt resist ....)
Bob-Dubery The best way to approach this thread is to try to guess what the L stands for before you click on the link. Seeing Jack's from Cape Town I figured that it must mean "loo". The truth, as usual, is much more mundane.

Keira-WitherKay cool buy ......... only problem is now you never gonna leave the rehearsal studio, those loopers are as addictive as blackberry's ......... but a powerful tool to expand ones creativity and for rehearsing improv ....... here's a cool video of a woman getting creative with her roland looper in her ac33 amp (it's a built in feature of the amp) but way cool song too.....
Jacquesg4j I saw Nigel Hendroff from Hillsong uses loop a lot these days... Always wondered how there can be 6 guitar parts with only 3 guitarists on stage!!

Jack-Flash-Jr Very very pleased with the purchase... highly unlikely to use it with the band, not necessary in any way at all but I'm certain to spend many an hour building up pieces! I'm going to get hold of an A-B switcher and try bass and guitar overdubs on the fly... that's what's the hoot, live multi-part composition. Maybe some vox 2 octaves down from the performer you posted Keira ?

singemonkey Congrats. You must show me what the thing is actually for sometimes. Loopers are a complete mystery to me.
