Band logo design

My band is busy doing a promo pack of sorts and we are needing a logo.
We've sunk a bit of cash into recording and we don't want to just create our own logo thats not up to standard, so I'm looking for people who can design a great logo for us. Who would you recommend and what's the general cost? We not rolling in cash, but want a good logo that will create the right impression. We'll actually might need 2, because we want something that we can use as a stencil, and then something for facebook/web/promo stuff etc.
