Kalcium Hey guys, someone I know is going through a really difficult patch financially and getting a job is virtually impossible for him... What are some ideas of making money or some ideas for a business which would not take a lot of capital to get started? (Can't play an instrument...) All responses would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone knows of any free software which is great for designing graphics that woud be a huge help too (something similar to corel draw) Thanks
Manfred-Klose buy second hand stuff and sell it with a little markup. even if its R50 you make, its better than no money at all. What is this person good at ?

And any issues with getting payment for work done? Never had an issue. I have a friend who does nearly all his work through odesk and he earns a lot of money. It is hard to get jobs though. You need to have a good portfolio.
