Rewiring a twin hb, 2 vol, 2 tone SG

I have been reading up about control pot wiring methods used in pre 60's Gibsons vs Gibson's modern wiring.

My little Samick is obviously wired in the modern Epi fashion like this SD schem:

I am going to change the wiring to either Gibson pre 60's or Gibson modern spec, using 0.022uF orange drop caps.
My question for the Gurus is:
What tonal differences can I expect between the two methods? I could wire it either way and be the judge, but I'd like try and get the correct result first time around so that the hardware and wiring doesn't end up looking shoddy from all the changes.

I'm simply too busy to analyse the circuits right now, so any comments would be appreciated ?

as far as I know from my own guitar, either sounds the same with the volumes and tones all the way open. The difference comes in when you close the volumes and/or tones. Closing the volume affects ONLY the volume, you lose no treble turning down the volume, which is good. However, the tone control's sweep gets affected when the volume is not at 100%, similarly, closing the tone controls will lessen the volume. I will not easily go back to modern wiring just because I can make the amp clean with the volume control with no darkening of the tone. The Tokais and some of the new PRS guitars have 50s wiring.
