Chris Ballew from Presidents Of The USA usually plays an Epiphone Flying V or SG guitar with 2 strings, .60 and a .36 gauge, tuned to C# and G#.

Sometimes less is better. ?

Agree with you Hammeron, Max is a metal/rhythm god!
I have been pondering playing with only the top 4 strings, as a metal rhythm player that don't solo, it makes sense!

If you're referring to Jean Baudin and his 11 string bass here then yes...WTF? However the man can play it like a monster and uses it in a way that I feel warrants him having it - completely solo, with a bit of delay...

Essentially I guess it's sorta a sitting down in your lap style of piano? ?

they have a 7 neck at music connection but may not be functional , i guess it aint even if it works
