I think its cool that a famous guy like Bruce still has a day job as a pilot,and sings for one of the best metal bands of all time.

He flew some army guys from afganistan:

I love Bruce! I have one of his solo albums as well. Very interesting stuff on there. Apart from a lot of signature Maiden/Dickinson-sounding stuff, he also included a song he recorded when he first started singing and stuff like that.

The guy is a total legend! And seems like a genuine nice guy.

Yip. It seems he is a full time pilot with Astraeus airlines, only taking time off when the band is touring.
