I buy from whoever has the ones I want at a decent price - Stewmac LMII, Acme, Guitar Joe, Guitar Nucleus, et. al. Sometimes it comes down to me getting a slightly more expensive set from somewhere purely because I'm ordering other stuff from them, as it works out cheaper than paying the shipping just for the tuners from another store.
