+1 on the pitchblack. It works well, is true bypass and is very visible (the big downfall of the TC IMO).

It really helped once to go buy a R100k sound system for my cousin's church last year... Discount comes without asking now!

Korg Pitchblack is a great tuner. I used one for a while and recently upgraded to the Pitchblack Plus. Very happy with both.

But. The TC does look groovy too, I mean you can tell all the strings that are out in one go, but then again you can still only tune one string at a time ?

I've pitched in in another thread on this but I have a strong suspicion that the Pitchblack will be as iconic as the TS-9 a few years down the line, if it isn't already...

I've used a BOSS TU-2 for years. Cannot fault this at all. Tried and tested build quality.. never let me down.

I see its been updated to TU-3 now.

HIGHLY recommended. I'm sure it's an industry standard

There was a member recently who wanted to trade his polytune for a pitchblack - I wanted to enquire as to why but I didn't think that that was a suitable question to ask in a classified thread...
