Different amps have different sounds.
The HT-5 has a very different sound to a blackface-ish Fender.
I swapped my HT-5 for a Fender ... and both of us are happier now.
He prefers the sound of the HT-5, and I prefer the sound of the Fender.
Test them with your ears, not on paper specs.
