actually I disagree..... i thik this could potentially be an extremely damaging rumour / joke and cause Marshalls commercial harm..
what if one of the many lurkers on this site was planning on going to buy a guitar or something at marshalls this weekend??? if they did not read Stu's comments, they could very easily be put off buying from Marshalls now, becuase they believe its going to close down, and then they will have no backup service support should something go wrong with their purchase.. they could be on the phone now to other friends, also telling them Marshalls is closing down....
as April Fools jokes go, if I was Marshall Music, i would not be very happy with this one, and would have asked for this thread to be removed.
