My pedalboard - which is all for sale ( says with tears in eyes)

Hi All thought I'd post pics of my pedalboard before it becomes someone elses. I'll post in the classifieds as well with the prices. any complaints about the behringer tuner pedal? interested in getting one and its between it and the Boss (for a bit more).

otherwise nice board, soon as I get my wah I'll be attempting to build my own ?

No complaints. I had a boss tuner in my previous setup and there is no difference. The only issue some people have had is that MAYBE the Behri
sucks more tone. This is not a prob for me as I take it out of the tuner jack in my Volume pedal so it doesnt sit in my signal chain.
Honestly...its just a tuner so why pay 400 bucks extra. Rather use the extra cash saved to get really good patch leads.(u can have the greatest boutique pedals in the world but without profesional cables u gonna have tone problems)

Any particular reason you're selling your board and all your pedals?

Yeah... I need to buy a PA system for the band. Also my days in original rock bands are over so I am looking to get a VOX Tonelab so that I can get many different styles out of a smaller system. I have always used pedals in original bands because they are the best way to develop a signature sound..... but being in a cover band now I need a system to cover all bases (even if the sound suffers slightly and is not MY SOUND)

thanks, Ive got a stereo chorus so could probably use the unused side of it to the tuner pedal to also keep it out of the loop.

Makes sense. The VOX Tonelab LE ROCKS by the way! I'm probably the biggest Vox fan on this forum, so maybe I'm a bit biased, but compared to the other floor-based amp modellers/ effects units (Boss GT, Pod XT Live, GNX4/ 3000 etc.), the Tonelab is the only one that sounds and feels like you're playing on a real valve amp. The others do sound good, but none of them feel and respond like the real thing. The LE is probably the closest you're going to get to the real thing when it comes to amp modellers.

Thats what I've heard all round about the Vox. Turnkey Durbs doesn't have one in stock so I havent been able to test it yet. I've personally had the POD 2.0 and the Zoom G7.1ut and they both werent for me (the zoom is absolutely horrendous for anything other than High Gain stuff). Guitar rig models sounds better than both those 2 units imho.

Racman - Yeah, I love Gumtree. I got my dd-20 from there and I'm busy bargaining on a mixer.

Wessel - I use a POWERBRICK with 5 feeds.

Scratchy - Yeah I'll sell the board and power supply for R450.
