Pedalboard Power Supply

Where do I get a good power supply for my new "in the making" pedalboard. I've seen really nice and well put-together pedalboards on a previous thread. My own existing pedalboard is split in two, placed left and right of my mic stand centre leg. I want to condense this into one compact board but the power supply is the main issue. Where to get one that has at least 6 x 9V outputs and perhaps also 12V and 15V (for the Tonebone) Any suggestions?

Any idea where to get these jack to jack patch leads? Good ones with small jacks.

I think those are the George L's, which have been difficult to get locally of late. So you'd have to order from the US.
