you can use .co.za (I think it redirects you to .com anyway)
some sellers do not deliver to SA, you need to check it on the item you're interested in.
I paid using paypal (I could be wrong but most require payment via paypal), paypal charges fees, in addition to the delivery fee that the seller charges and then there's the custom fees you pay when it lands in SA.
