I like it. I really like the idea of combining synths and metal.
Just some stream of consciousness comments as I'm listening:
Yep the guitar sounds good to my ears. No problem with the bass. Nice 'n tight with the geets, cool. The synths sound a little 80s but that's just taste. Interesting synth sounds these days tend to be somewhat more sophisticated. In the left channel there's what sounds like a splash cymbal that jumps out of the mix a little, I'd bring that down. Snare sounds quite dry and non-snary which actually works, I like it.
Just for curiosity:
What you using for drums?
For synths?
Good job!
That splash is actually a crash, and yes, listening again to the track it does seem too loud. I don't like that cymbal sample at all actually, I think I need to change it.
I'm using EZ drumkit from hell for drums.. The only thing I'm not too keen on are the cymbal sounds it has, but I don't have any other means of making the drums so I have to settle with it for the time being. I eq'd the snare a bit differently to how I normally would, maybe I should experiment a bit more. My ultimate goal is to get my drums sounding like All Shall Perish... their drums sound sick!
For the synths I just used 3xOsc and a few other oscillators and pads that come standard with fruity loops. As I say, I downloaded a whole bunch of presets, cos I'm not too good at fiddling with step sequencers and synths and stuff.

Pretty cool. I wouldn't call it metalcore at all. (which is a great thing). Everyband seems to be doing metalcore or indie.
Ya true, it's not really metalcore, but metalcore is what I normally play and the rest of the album is metalcore ?

Good Stuff, I think the mixture between the two worked quite well. Good track to start off a concert
Thanks, that would be its purpose ? I was hoping to make a metal/dubstep track initially, but I don't have the technical skills yet to make dubstep.
