I've used speedservices several times to get things to Durban. It's always been fast and reliable. There may be a problem with post offices with the same or similar names in different towns, so it's important to use the post code.
Yep, both postal codes were clearly marked on the waybills.

Was the parcel insured?
Yes BUT they wont pay because a parcel was delivered.... i.e. Skylark received a parcel of sorts (even though it wasnt the one I sent)......
w.t.f. as far as they are concerned a delivery took place,....

I'm still waiting for a cd with my work on to arrive in JHB ( sent from Cape Town) on Tuesday overnight and it's Friday. Whats going on all of a sudden? We've never had this crap! There's a serious glitch somewhere ... Someone somewhere has fallen asleep with their head on the computer that co-ordinates everything.
clearly,,,,,, so it appears we're not the only ones affected...

Good luck, I've never had problems with them myself, but most online sellers prefer shipping via DHL, Taxi Trucks etc because of prior incidents. Have you validated and checked your tracking number with them?
Thanks, yep,,, delivered very efficiently to Kimberley,,,,,,
However, as of this morning I did receive Skylarks parcel, and have been assured they will have sorted it out by Tuesday afternoon..
In the meantime, as a gesture of goodwill I have covered all of Skylarks courier fee's just so he knows its not a scam and for the inconvenience he has suffered.
They have ASSURED me they will pick up the parcel and forward it on to Durban....
