IT IS DONE...!!!!!!!

I have finally finished with the mix-down and mastering Marann's Album about 20 minutes ago....... :woohoo: :woohoo:

I'm really chuffed with the result considering we did it in our lounge... ?

12 songs and 9 months later....I think I now know what a pregnancy feels like.... ?

As much as I'm relieved its done, I also feel a little sad that its over..it felt strange rolling up the cables and putting the mics and headphone amps away.....now for rehearsals for the album launch and then the big event on the 26th of this month..... ? ?

Well done. Each time I finish just one song it's a huge feeling of relief (music is incredibly hard work!!!) so I can imagine the feeling after finishing a whole album.

Very good on the whole lounge recording thing, definitely the way to do it imo.

Well done Tom... Yeah, mixed feelings when you complete a project like that. The best cure is to get on to another one straight away. You'll probably do it in half the time and with more refined production values.

My BIL (Brother in Law) wants to do his second guitar album soon. Really looking forward to that after the success of the first one.... ?
