Great guitar site for teaching

A few weeks back I posted that I'd be starting teaching again and someone on the forum recommended this site to help me. And it has and it's really nice. You probably all know it but for those who don't - http://www.justinguitar.com - simple and easy to understand which makes it easy to explain. It gave me a bit of a boost as well as it has a slightly different perspective. It gives a good foundation for what you're about to teach as well. Now I just have to try and get my head around CAGED - whatever that is. I probly know it but haven't given it a name! But my pupils aren't there yet ... so I'll just slow them down till I get it ?

They are the Major triad chords in the open or first postion... no barre required (Hey that sounds like a good name for a band).

The Minor triad chords in the open position are Em, Am & Dm.

Thanks Pete - the diagrams I glimpsed look complicated ☹ - guess its cause everything's on top of each other. Will have a new look with your explanation in mind soon.
