MIJ TL52

I'm toying with the idea of selling/trading this hot blonde. But can't seem to bring myself to do it. A 1980's TL52 OWB Fujigen Gakki Made in Japan Telecaster. For some strange reason she always make me feel like a little girl when I play her.

P.s Anybody out there got some Japanese Tele's? Also I'm looking for a Japanese squire silver series telecaster. Anybody know of anybody?

I don't know why on earth you'd sell this thing ???

What kind of money would you hope to get for it?

Yeah, my ex-drummer has a beautiful sunburst '80s Japanese Tele. (I used it in the video for Kurt Darren's song Sunday, if you want to check it out on YouTube (even with the sound down ? ). Though, it's mostly in silhouette there.) Great guitar. Not many around, I don't think. I second that question - why would you sell?

And reissues are the rarest because they were not exported (still aren't) and many are made from top quality woods (is this Ash?).

Yip ASH, she's bit lighter than my Les Paul Standard, I bought it off a Guy a few months ago, who had kept it under his bed for over 20 years, he didn't even know it was a TL52. She is one tiny chip short of mint condition. ( and I put the chip there! damn it!!!!!). I don't think he played her for more than 3 months, The guitar is vintage but brand new. Its quite incredible, I've never seen anything like it? I bought it with/as an investment in mind.

It IS an investment! DONT LET GO OF IT!!!! you will regret it ? its gorgeous!!

kapepper

well, I cant really see what would be the investment value of this guitar, unless you keep it another 20 years under your bed...
but it is a beatutifull quality guitar

what would be the vmarket price for this guitar.. around 8-9k?

MIKA-the-better-one

I would not get rid of it...... maybe i would but thats my issue....
