How hard is it to replace a wah pot?

I've got two wahs, a Vox and a Crybaby, and both have filthy pots that I want to replace with "superpotz" sealed pots (my buddy will pay for one pot and then he gets the Crybaby.

How hard are these suckers to switch?

You get to undo the screw that holds the lip that pushes against the back of the rack, remove the nut on the pot bush, remove the old pot, desolder three wires, solder them onto the new pot, and put the rest together in reverse order.
It will only start to become fun when you decide to drill a hole for a led, glue in the led, solder a few wires and cross out some tracks. The fun is in finding out which wires and tracks! (still in that phase myself, too many different explanations on the net...)
