I'm looking for the following parts :-
1. Trussrod nut (nut only) for a Korean built acoustic steel string
2. Brass fret for a very old acoustic steel string I'm busy restoring. The guitar is around 60 yrs old, family heirloom, that was badly restored many years ago so I'm redoing it. The fret size is just over 1mm wide and I'm looking for a length of about 7cm, but it must be brass.
If any of the techies on GFSA have any of these or know where I can find them please PM me, I'm happy to pay for the items/postage. :yup:

The truss nut should be a walk in the park if you can measure the OD and pitch of the existing thread on the rod.
Rather than replacing the one fret with something impossible, would you not rather refret the whole thing?

thanks Gearhead, will check out the measurment.
refretting the whole guitar :-\ I guess that would be a last option if I cant find anything. I really want to keep its vintage frets as the rest dont look too bad at all, I've read that on guitars of that age they used violin BANJO frets. I've only just started looking so will try ebay etc.etc. I know Stewmac doesn't have.
thanks for the advice
