Yes I read that. What a genius. His speed is like the other fastest shredders but what really gets me is his amazing note choice, string skipping and phrasing. It's like he lacks nothing.

I wonder what factors contribute to such talent?

Overall he is a great composer, and can be compared to guys like mozart(a musical genius) and shawn is also far ahead of his time.
