Okay, if it's for all the ladies going then I forgive you, ? but man, they just remind me so much of Marron 5, and that's never a good thing.

Norman86

X-rated Bob wrote I read the tea leaves and couldn't believe my eyes! So I threw the I-Ching and there it was again.

Start saving for those Dire Straits tickets.
SERIOUS???

JHC !! we wish !!!! sadly in a recent interview Knopfler said he has no interest in getting the band back together..

last year the 3 other members approached him for a reunion / get together and he was not interested..

it definitely seems that something happened with in dire straits that either caused the break up, or was a result of the break up...

because knopfler was not like " love too but to busy with other projects etc etc.." but rather he become quite beligerant about the idea..."actually asking the interviewer why would he possibly want to get back together as dire straits.... said he was quite happy doing what he is doing and has no interest in getting the band together.. he said the other 3 members are welcome to get together and call themselves dire straits, but he wont be joining them..

i get the idea there was some bad blood somewhere..

Norman86

ah crap... Well, i wont be going to the scripts concert...
they'll have quite the hype to live up to!

Lemme get this straight. Big Concerts hint that they will make a "big" announcement. Speculation is rife with names like Bon Jovi and Madonna being flung around. "Big" announcement is made, it's ... wait for it.... drum roll.... anticipation is killing me.... The Script.

This must be the biggest anti-climax since the missus promised me a birthday threesome and turned up with another dude.

And we must all be the biggest idiots for speculating on artists who's careers span three decades when, in fact, the "big" announcement is for a band who may have been active for a decade but who's name I've never even heard before.

I think we can all go home now. ☹

The Script?

Who the hell is "The Script"? ???

"The Script are a pop rock band from Dublin, Ireland. Based in London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic, the band released their self-entitled debut album in August 2008. Their music has been featured in video games and the popular programmes 90210, Ghost Whisperer, The Hills, Waterloo Road, Eastenders and The Vampire Diaries."

So obviously a must see ?

Tonedef

I'll reserve judgement until I hear their music.

I remember pop rock as those packets of candy that blew the kak out of your soft palate.
